The ideal candidate will have strong skills in capturing high-quality photos and videos of our products, with a special focus on lighting, staging, and creating visually compelling content. In addition, this role requires basic UI/UX knowledge and familiarity with Shopify to ensure a seamless integration of content into our e-commerce platform. This full-time position is perfect for recent graduates eager to grow, offering a faster path to a Creative Director role compared to the typical career progression, based on performance. Interested candidates MUST include a portfolio with their resume; otherwise, the application will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute product photo shoots and video sessions, focusing on lighting, staging, and composition to showcase our products in the best light. Edit photos and videos to ensure a high-quality final product that aligns with our brands aesthetic. Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals. Integrate visuals into our Shopify store, making use of basic UI/UX principles to optimize user experience. Assist with basic HTML and customization tasks within Shopify to ensure content displays properly. Maintain a digital library of all product photos, videos, and renderings for easy access and future use. (Potential responsibility) Create 3D renderings of products as needed, enhancing product visualization and presentation. Qualifications: Proven experience in product photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in lighting, staging, and editing. Proven experience in graphic design, with the ability to create visually appealing layouts, branded content, and marketing assets that align with the brand's identity. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition to create cohesive and impactful designs. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar). Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva). Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and a strong understanding of how visuals impact user experience. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in e-commerce or a product-focused industry. Knowledge of SEO best practices for images and video content. Experience with glass product photography/videography is highly preferred. Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
