Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or
D.P.T. in Physical Therapy.
Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
