The Respiratory Care Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, personnel management and clinical expertise of the Respiratory Care department primarily in the pediatric areas of the hospital including NICU. Coordinates team to deliver patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards.

This is a Full-time position, 1.0 FTE, Variable shift, 12-hr shifts; and 40 hours per week.
$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required qualifications:
Upon hire: National Registered Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care Or
Upon hire: National Certified Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
5 years of recent experience in Respiratory Care; 2 of the 5 years must be in NICU or PICU.
Preferred qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care.
2 years of previous supervisory experience in Respiratory Care.
