Job Summary:
EquipmentShare seeks a Marketing Automation and Analytics Intern to support our marketing team by building automated workflows and gathering key performance data across channels. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop practical experience in marketing, analytics and process optimization.
Compensation Range:
$18 per hour, depending on experience
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in the creation, testing and optimization of automated workflows to streamline marketing tasks and campaigns. Collaborate with team members to identify repetitive tasks and develop automated solutions, enhancing productivity across the marketing team. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various campaigns, providing insights on trends and areas for improvement. Maintain and update reporting dashboards, ensuring timely data for stakeholders. Assist in data cleaning and preparation, ensuring accuracy for reporting and analysis. Conduct research to recommend best practices for automation tools and analytics frameworks. Required Skills/Abilities:
Basic knowledge of automation tools and Artificial Intelligence Large Language Models. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations. Basic understanding of workflow automation and marketing analytics. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, data science or a related field. Prior experience with automation, analytics or data management is an advantage. A portfolio of relevant coursework or project experience is a plus. Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional availability for virtual or in-office meetings as required by the team.
