The successful candidate will be responsible for driving predictable and scalable pipeline contribution to support revenue objectives, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing, scaling, and optimizing demand generation systems, particularly in the B2B enterprise SaaS or DaaS software space. The VP/Head will be expected to own the marketing funnel, provide strategic data insights, and advance customer and prospect segmentation strategies. Collaboration with sales, business development, and product teams is essential to ensure the execution of go-to-market programs that meet pipeline and revenue targets. Candidates for this role at the company should be adept at turning vision into strategy, optimizing across various marketing channels, and have extensive experience with marketing automation, ABM, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be a performance leader, a great manager and coach, highly data-driven, and technically fluent in marketing. They should also possess outstanding communication skills, be a team player, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The role demands a self-motivated, innovative, and analytical individual who can build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
