Duties:As a Technical Writer, you will drive our documentation strategy, starting with the information architecture and extending to identifying the most crucial content.You will define documentation standards, process improvements and champion adoption.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring documentation is comprehensive, accurate, of high quality, and strategically aligned to meet the diverse needs of our developer community while reflecting our company's voice, tone and values.One of your primary responsibilities will be the review of a wide range of technical content created by product service engineering and technical teams. This includes API References, onboarding materials like Quick Starts, and Tutorials and Guides.You will also be a partner in creating, editing and reviewing Code Samples and Project Templates with product teams.Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that our documentation is optimized for search and discoverability, making it easy for our customers to find the information they need.Responsible for the documentation release process and content updates, ensuring all changes are made timely and efficiently. Additionally, you will handle pull requests from the community, keeping our documentation up-to-date and accurate.You will also have the opportunity to identify and operationalize documentation optimization areas using new technologies such as AI to help you scale.This is an exciting opportunity to work with groundbreaking technologies and help craft the future of technical writing.

Required Skills:

Love for writing and proofreading technical content, with high attention to detail and resolve to produce high-quality workProficient in both spoken and written EnglishExperience detailing APIs and Web technologies, showing familiarity with modern content guidelines, documentation release processes and management tools. OpenAPI and related tools experience is a must.Experience with HTML/CSS/Markdown language.Experience with git and GitHub.Basic understanding of JavaScript and Web concepts, and able to test small snippets of code (e.g., cURL/Postman)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with teams from different areas, flexible to work with multiple time zones such as US, Europe, and India

Education:

6 - 9 Years of ExperienceBachelor's Degree or above. Focus in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
