WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities: Identify the right Partnerships that align with specific campaigns and device launches. Map specific Partners to campaign and launch objectives, audiences and sales. Establish and execute professional Partnership frameworks that bring to life Partner and our Product & Human Truths to create brand and business synergies. Negotiate & execute commercial terms & contracts to secure partnerships - working with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance and Procurement. Take end-to-end accountability for bringing Partnerships to life in marketing - always with a consumer-first mindset. Whilst you'll be working with other stakeholders, you will be accountable for the ultimate success of your Partners. Track, analyze and report against marketing/Partnerships KPIs and metrics, and take corrective action where needed. Take a consultative role for multiple internal stakeholders - be a source of expertise in Partnerships and Business Development. Identify synergies between Partnerships and our Carrier/Retail account teams and their specific needs to ensure that Carriers/Retailers achieve their goals, and we amplify Partnerships using their scale and resources. Work closely with Finance to ensure all plans are within budget, and all approvals handled within compliance and guidelines. Ensure that the x-functional team across the organization is fully aware of which Partnerships are live and in progress. Develop best practice around information sharing and evangelizing. Required Experience and Education:

8+ years in Partnership Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management or Channel Sales Management. BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or business management. Business development/Partnerships/Account Management experience negotiating complex deals with large, international companies. Experience working with technology platforms and internet brands. Existing connections and relationships with the world's leading media & internet brands. Strong project/program management experience. Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Ability to negotiate contracts with a strong bias for up-holding legal, compliance and financial policies and following proper procedure. An iterative thinker who can challenge the status quo. Consummate collaborator committed to communication excellence. Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans. Ability to think quickly and make decisions, sometimes without all the necessary information. Comfortable presenting at CxO level. Physical Demands:

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
