WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager - MX who will be responsible for provide thought leadership to multiple marketing and cross functional support teams within the Mobile Experience (MX) organization, including: account teams, creative services, retail operations as well as multiple agencies in the development of demand & traffic generating marketing campaigns, in-store experiences, promotions, and comprehensive advertising materials & plans, including experiential campaigns

You will require a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, and organizational influence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage mid- and long-term strategic project roadmaps, report on plans and schedules, drive escalation and address resolution of issues, and manage mitigation plans for project risks. You will also conduct and support launch post-mortem analysis across carriers and retailers.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects from kickoff to completion, including the creation and communication of project schedules, budget tracking and ensuring all deliverables are met, trafficking, asset procurement, quality control and regularly updating project status.
  • Organize and understand project requirements that may at times be ambiguous.
  • Work with cross functional teams to define, estimate and document the overall scope of assigned projects.
  • Facilitate meetings with collaborators and circulate actionable notes. Address issues related to variances in timeline, scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Maintain confidence in managing projects in a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment.
  • Create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams, leadership, third-party vendors, freelancers and other appropriate partners.
  • Monitor progress against plan, address problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed.
  • Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
  • Participate in meetings and development of requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to develop and execute scopes of projects, including estimates and timelines, successfully and efficiently.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in project management, integrated marketing, or product management in a cross functional environment - creative agency experience a plus.
  • BA/BS in marketing, project management, communications or related field; or equivalent experience required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Excellent project management and organizational/time management skills.
  • Proactive individual driven by results who can manage and track multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including prioritizing, delegating, budgeting, and implementing processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone and through email; Must be an active team player within a cross-functional team.
  • Advanced skills using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
