We're looking for a Director, Global Retail Learning, Operations and Communications to help reimagine the end-to-end employee experience for our retail teams through learning, development and communication. You will lead our Global Retail Learning, Operations and Communications team, to develop a comprehensive communication and learning strategy that encompasses all aspects of our business. You will provide support to global retail fleet of more than 10,000 employees. You will help create a culture where employees feel informed, recognized, engaged and supported in their development. You will have a high level of visibility and involved regular interaction with senior leadership.
About the JobYou will manage a team of six direct reports and you will report to the Vice President, Retail Center of Excellence.Lead strategy and content development for all retail stores, including consumer experience, operations, compliance, recognition, engagement, and task management.Develop a comprehensive retail incentive strategies that engages our retail teams and supports goals.Partner with group training teams, well as our retail leaders to agree on training needs, roadmap and execution plans.Build a comprehensive learning & development strategy and content library for all levels of our retail organization (from Stylist to District Manager), including onboarding, service, operational & product training and skill development to help our teams grow in their careers with LS&Co.Use testing, data, insights and feedback to enhance training programs.Develop and deliver training content for e-learning, instructor lead courses, virtual webinars and train-the-trainer sessions.Oversee communication and learning management systems and partner with COE and IT teams on enhancements, bug fixes or platform changes that benefit.Guide change management in communication and training processesAbout You8+ years of experience in learning & development and communications. Retail or hospitality experience.Visionary who can create training and communication plans for future needs and opportunitiesProject management and change management skillsCustomer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customersExperience prioritizing and working under time constraints
The expected starting salary range for this role is $142,100 - $215,200 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
