Responsibilities:Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals and other key performance metricsCreate and manage a strategic planning process to achieve revenue budgets and develop new revenue opportunitiesCultivate a team-minded sales environment with high activity, outstanding customer service and strong revenue resultsEffectively manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecast in SalesforceProvide consistent training and coaching to ensure growth and development of each member of the sales teamRemain up-to-date on all ACBJ products and solutions, NBJ content, media industry trends and market trends affecting our clientsCultivate relationships within the business community through consistent networking and attendance at all NBJ eventsWork cooperatively and collaboratively with all colleagues, department managers and corporate teamsRequirements:Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of strategic relationshipsStrong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skillsA team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levelsSales management experience preferredCollege degree or comparable work experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools like SalesforceWell versed in a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedInCompensation: $140-$160K+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)#J-18808-Ljbffr
