We built Blue Tree to help SaaS companies crush organic traffic and generate more sales.We are looking to hire a motivated and dedicated Senior Content Marketing Manager who will join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create and oversee content that generates valuable backlinks, helping our clients grow their online presence and authority. You will collaborate closely with editors and partners across publications to ensure that content meets their standards and is published on schedule.This is a full-time remote role with the potential to manage a small team of writers and some VAs.We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:Native or fluent proficiency in English, particularly in copywriting.3+ years in content marketing - with a strong focus on SEO and link-building strategies.Proven track record of creating content that generates links.Experience working in high-growth B2B tech or SaaS verticals, with an emphasis on inbound marketing.Strong understanding of AI in content marketing and SEO.Experience with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, ideally with previous experience in a similar setup.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Oversee and implement content strategies aimed at generating high-quality backlinks for our clients.Collaborate closely with editors and publications to ensure content meets editorial standards and achieves client goals.Directly manage and edit content output across multiple clients, ensuring high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with client objectives. Deliver a minimum of 8 polished, submission-ready articles per day.Develop additional client-facing content, including blog posts and website copy, to enhance the clients' web presence.Potentially manage a small team of writers and virtual assistants (1-5 people), providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistency and quality in content output.Fully remote and results-focused team.Available training, resources, and tools.Paid training courses if needed.This Position Is Perfect For You If…You Thrive in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentManaging multiple clients and content projects excites you.
