Infinite Media is a media company that connects good-works brands with engaged Christians.

The Creative Strategist will support the Creative team in delivering strategic, high-quality creative direction that aligns with client goals and ensure the seamless execution of digital campaigns. This role will be instrumental in translating strategic briefs into actionable creative details, managing creative assets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Creative Strategist will work closely with the Studio (our internal design team) and strategy teams to bring creative visions to life effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Execution & Detail Management:

Translate creative direction into actionable design choices, such as selecting specific formats (e.g., social carousels vs. slideshows) and defining color schemes and other visual elements.Complete ad order forms and playbook accurately and punctually, ensuring alignment with the strategic brief for each customer.Maintain consistency with the brand's identity and ensure all creative details align with the overarching strategy.Asset Management & Studio Collaboration:

Organize and oversee the management of all creative assets, from client intake to final Playbook submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between the Studio and Customer Success Managers, addressing any creative questions and facilitating a smooth flow of information and assets.Client Review & Quality Assurance:

Oversee daily and weekly reviews of ads (in our review tool, Pageproof), ensuring all customer-requested edits are addressed promptly and to satisfaction.Monitor the creative process regularly to confirm that advertisements are progressing through each stage and meet quality standards.Strategic Oversight & Collaboration:

Partner with the Creative Director in the weekly Creative Review (CRIT) sessions to ensure that all ads are not only on brand and compelling but also meet the objectives of the strategy brief.Collaborate with internal and Customer Success teams to refine and elevate creative approaches, driving continuous improvement and innovation in digital advertising.Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital advertising or creative strategy roles.Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Familiarity with client review tools like Pageproof and media proofing processes.Excellent communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.Ability to think creatively while adhering to brand and strategic requirements.
