Role: Marketing Cloud Technical Architect
Location: NJ (Hybrid role 3 dyas a week onsite)
Key qualification
6+ years of Strong Salesforce experience with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing CloudDemonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio and Audience BuilderExperience of Leading client workshops to facilitate best practice solutions and designs for marketing automation.Coach and guide team members in the execution of a complex Journey set up and development, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, data model development and SFMC APIsComfortable working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributed remote and global organization.Real time marketing, Streaming API's / REST / SOAP / BULKAutomation Studio, AmpScript, Database integration, Database management, custom dev journey componentsCertified Salesforce marketing cloud system Administrator and DeveloperDemonstrable aptitude in AMPScript and SSJSDemonstrable aptitude in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScriptDemonstrable expertise in Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation StudioDemonstrable expertise in Salesforce CRM reporting & analyticsExperience with mobile app SDKs and API integrationsFamiliarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScriptFamiliarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, data encryptionExperience with Marketing Cloud REST/SOAP API integrationsExperience with Marketing Cloud intelligence is preferable.Experience with one Customer Data Platform (Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, etc.), would be a plus.Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Discovery and technical design sessions: Lead Discovery technical design sessions and architect technical solutionsDefine technical strategy: Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and define technical strategyDesign and document solutions: Design and document end-to-end solutions for key business requirementsLead code reviews: Lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followedCommunicate with non-technical stakeholders: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executivesCreate technical documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.Train and support end-users: Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
