General Functions

This role involves digital and direct marketing, content creation, and conference preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing, editing, and executing marketing strategies across various channels while supporting key business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Website Updates:

Manage Amber Specialty Pharmacy's social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, focusing on content creation and tracking performance.Regularly update the company's website with relevant content, including blog posts, landing pages, and service updates to support SEO goals.Execute and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Pardot and MailChimp, ensuring proper segmentation, testing, and optimization.Email Marketing & Content Creation:

Execute and implement email marketing strategies, including drip campaigns and lead generation initiatives.Write and edit marketing content for various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail.Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as sales collateral, promotional items, and campaign content, as directed.Conference and Event Preparation:

Assist with the preparation of marketing materials for conferences, trade shows, and events.Coordinate logistics for events, including the creation of booth materials, signage, and promotional giveaways.Direct Marketing:

Support the execution of direct mail campaigns to help business development and sales teams reach target audiences.Maintain and manage marketing lists in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy for direct and email marketing efforts.Professional Competencies:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.Familiarity with Pardot for marketing automation is required.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and email marketing platforms like MailChimp.Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating content for multiple marketing channels.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Highly-developed project management skills with a focus on detail.Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or specialty pharmacy industries.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position -up to 90% of the timeThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc., and traverse conferences, meetings, and remote events.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).May assist with setting up and breaking down marketing materials used for conferences, meetings, and public events to display Amber Specialty Pharmacy lifting 20 to 25 lbs.

Equipment Used to Perform the Job:

Computers, keyboards, mouse, monitors, fax, and/or headsets for phone work. Software specific to the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and Skype. Must lift and traverse the area to move paper and supplies to use the equipment.

Contacts:

Frequently interact with co-workers, intradepartmental staff of the Company, managers, leaders, Vendors, and customers. High interactions with physicians and the medical community to support the sales and perfection of the referral to fill.
