The Coordinator, Retail Marketing is responsible for executing retail marketing strategies to engage the target audience, drive in-store consumer connection and enhance the brand experience. Additionally, this individual is responsible for supporting the development and execution of retail marketing initiatives to ensure the strategic content and creative treatment effectively reflects a clear and concise message across all channels.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate retail marketing projects including, but not limited to, graphic design support, retail events, and retail digital brand experiencePartner with the creative team, as needed, to ensure the content and creative treatment of all marketing initiatives reflect the strategic direction and priority of messaging in an engaging and compelling mannerPartner and support, as needed, with the merchandising and visual teams to ensure signage and window messaging communicate retail marketing and product story prioritiesPartner with the visual team to create monthly revolving retail signage, as neededPartner with the analytics team to provide / communicate detailed retail test overviews, including objectives and metrics for successFacilitate all social content creation and distribution for events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to promote the brand across all retail channelsConceptualize event themes / programs, and execute at all retail locationsSupport new store openings with marketing collateral and standardsPartner with the graphic design team on outlet collateral as neededUtilize Zipline to communicate marketing initiatives and standards to the retail teamsTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Proficient in Microsoft ApplicationsAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicableAbility to work non-traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidaysStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, preferredMinimum 1 years' experience in retail marketing
21.20 - 26.49 - 31.78 USD Hourly
