Position:
Senior Manager, Creative Asset Operations
Reports To : Associate Vice President, Creative Production
Your Role:
The Senior Manager, Creative Asset Operations will oversee product page photography (PDP) and workflow at the CreativeDrive studio, as well as own asset management for editorial on-figure images. This person will be heavily involved in the postproduction side of the business and will drive to business process, timelines, and deliverables.

Your Impact:
CreativeDrive | PDP Photo Studio
Responsibilities include ownership and management of the PDP photo studios for on-figure and still images - ensuring the space functions efficiently with speed and remains on budget. Owns and manages the relationship with the outside vendor, Creative Drive (Account rep, CSR/producers) and one manager and one associate level. This role is responsible for managing the Service Level Agreement between the brand and vendor - ensuring that all standards are realized and that we always stay on budget.
Asset Management
Lead and manage the work and associates responsible for asset management of editorial photography for VSI, PINK and Beauty this starts pre-photoshoot (creation of shot numbers) to mid process facilitation (Frame IO ingestion, retouching project management) to final delivery of retouched images (upload into DAM). Responsible for managing process and re-engineering as needed, as well as manage the tools that house assets for the business.
