Position Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an action-oriented person to play a vital role in supporting our marketing team with the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. You will wear many hats, from assisting with content creation and social media management to managing event logistics and tracking campaign performance. Candidates will have strong project management skills and experience with marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with development and execution of lead generation campaigns across various channels (online, events, email, social) in coordination with sales, delivery and marketingConduct market research, analyze trends, and identify target audiencesManage house database for periodic updates and correctionsTrack campaign performance metrics and generate reportsManage and maintain marketing calendars and deadlinesCoordinate the production of marketing materials including website, blog posts, presentations, brochures, flyers, landing pages, and social media contentSupport with social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and managementSupport event planning and execution (trade shows, webinars, etc.)Coordinate with the design team to develop creative assets for marketing initiativesProvide administrative support to the marketing teamWorkplace:

Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Good understanding of database concepts and segmentationExperience with social media marketing (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Strong project management skillsProactive, inquisitive, energetic personality paired with the drive to deliver quantifiable resultsProfessional Skills:
Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional mannerStrong team and individual playerMaintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by natureHigh standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality resultsSelf-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or interventionDemonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
