Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals and other key performance metrics Create and manage a strategic planning process to achieve revenue budgets and develop new revenue opportunities Cultivate a team-minded sales environment with high activity, outstanding customer service and strong revenue results Effectively manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure growth and development of each member of the sales team Remain up-to-date on all ACBJ products and solutions, NBJ content, media industry trends and market trends affecting our clients Cultivate relationships within the business community through consistent networking and attendance at all NBJ events Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all colleagues, department managers and corporate teams hiring sales B2BSales • Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of strategic relationships • Strong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels • Sales management experience preferred • College degree or comparable work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools like Salesforce • Well versed in a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
