In this influential role, you will lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking communication strategies that enhance customer education and community engagement. Your primary focus will be to elevate our brand image while ensuring all communications are centered around our customers’ needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans.Enhance brand awareness and digital presence through impactful strategies.Lead crisis communications and media relations efforts.Manage and promote corporate social responsibility programs.Mentor and manage a high-performing team, ensuring budgetary compliance.Foster strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.10-15+ years of experience in communications leadership, ideally in a regulated utility environment.Proven expertise in addressing complex challenges and engaging in high-profile communication initiatives.Strong background in executive visibility, thought leadership, and social/digital communications.Travel: 10%Functions: Marketing, StrategyHiring Manager Title:
