Website Designer

Summary: Website Designer with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and processes. In this position, you will work with various teams across the organization to solve problems and create memorable, engaging experiences. You will also contribute to a wide range of projects and participate in all stages of design, from concept to development, implementation, and maintenance.Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.Seniority Level:AssociateEmployment Type:Full-time To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:Participate in various design projects from concept to completionProvide responsive design solutions to help build optimal user experienceContinually improve, update, and maintain existing web pages, with a focus on user-ceneted design when applicableCreate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes from initial concepts to final web-ready assets for developer handoffUnderstand the project requirements and conceptsPitch and defend creative ideas and web solutionsCollaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure the implementation of their ideasImplement feedback from other designers and team members to improve design and user experience Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:Proficiency with Creative Cloud (e.g. XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator) displayed via online portfolioUnderstanding UX/customer journey principles and user-centered design processesExperience working on projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentGood communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to adapt to new and challenging situationsAbility to work well independently or within a teamBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or a related field is preferred.
