Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of services are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.We are a true international IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.WHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Lead AV Field Technician , you will be leading a team of AV Technicians on Installation Projects, providing AV solutions and services on-site while interfacing with the designated client in line with customer requirements and service level agreements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the Installation and de-installation of AV/Telepresence productsConfiguration of endpoints and infrastructurePreparation of room audits ensuring technology can work at optimum levelPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room are ready for useIdentify defective/failed equipment and provide solutionsComplete Post Installation AssessmentsPerform on-site User Acceptance testingInstall software upgradesAct as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide solutions for ongoing faultsCommunicate with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignmentsProject reporting and updatingDocument and report hardware failures; manage Break/Fix and RMA requests as neededSupervise, instruct and assist with rack building processesTravel to customer sites nationally as requiredESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Experience leading teams of AV Technicians or EngineersExperience terminating, configuring, and programming at least one of the following types of equipment: Extron, Cisco, Crestron, and/or AMXAbility to read and understand plans to ensure everything is done correctly and perform any additional configuration requiredExperience working on AV/VC integrationsAgility and a strong sense of urgencyResponsive, efficient, with excellent customer interaction, and a high level of professionalismIntrigued by difficult tech problems and welcoming of challengesComfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressureEngaged in the process of technical developmentWilling and able to work and travel globally when requiredResponsible and reliable, capable of working independently as well as part of a teamGood organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilityFlexible and adaptable to change and hours of work, to meet customer needsA motivated team playerDESIRABLE CRITERIA:Control (Crestron, AMX, Extron)Audio (BIAMP, QSC, POLYCOM)Video (Cisco, Polycom)EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
