About the Role
We’re looking for a Community & Influencer Marketing Intern to support our community-building efforts and user-generated content strategies. You’ll work closely with the marketing, social media, and customer engagement teams to foster positive relationships with our community members, encourage content creation, and amplify user stories across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:
- Assist in managing online community platforms (forums, social media platforms, etc.).
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and friendly manner.
- Monitor and track community activity to identify trends, feedback, and potential issues.
- Support community events, discussions, and initiatives to increase engagement.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy:
- Support the creation and execution of UGC campaigns to encourage content creation from community members.
- Engage with users to gather, curate, and showcase their content across social media and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the design and social media teams to turn UGC into engaging visual assets (e.g., posts, stories, reels, etc.).
- Track the success of UGC initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for future campaigns.
- Content Curation & Moderation:
- Curate, tag, and organize incoming UGC assets for review and approval.
- Ensure all user-generated content adheres to community and brand guidelines.
- Work with the legal team to ensure all UGC has appropriate permissions for use in marketing materials.
- A genuine interest in fashion, streetwear, and/or Korean culture.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics related to community growth and UGC engagement.
- Track costs of content creation and community events.
- Prepare regular reports on community activity, UGC performance, and overall engagement
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Enrollment in a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields).
- Passion for community-building, social media, and user engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and community tools (Slack, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Bonus: Experience with basic photo/video editing tools (e.g. Capcut, Photoshop, and Premiere ) or social media management tools (e.g., Atrya, Meta).
Bonus Points:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Photography skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics
