The WW Executive Briefing Program is a key pillar in this strategy focusing on delivering these experiences to customers in our briefing centers around the world. As a member of the worldwide team, the Executive Briefing Program Manager will have the opportunity to impact these experiences by managing the briefing program strategy. This includes managing the framework, inventory, operations and the tools and systems related to briefing processes and content. The Program Manager will work across Apple teams to accomplish this. Our strategy requires a global approach to content creation, communication, and management for the critical assets used in every briefing. This individual will build relationships worldwide to identify needs around the content, localization, format and skills needed for success.DescriptionIn this role, you will:Develop the EBC briefing center content information library, utilizing technology and tools to ensure content can be tagged, structured and easily retrieved.Establish roles and responsibilities for content creation, approval, publishing, and maintenance to ensure consistency and quality control.In partnership with key stakeholders, collaborate with content creators, marketers, product teams, and leadership to ensure content meets the organizational goals and audience needs.Partner with product and business process reengineering teams to represent the briefing programs needs across the tools, systems and data structures required for success at scale.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of proven experience in sales, sales enablement or communications.Exceptional customer-facing and external content development experience.Comfortable using AI-powered technology to drive content creation and management.Exceptional writing skills, and the ability to distill complex business topics and processes into simple and understandable language.Creative problem solver with the ability to challenge the status quo, and think outside of the box.Demonstrated strategic capabilities, clearly able to articulate strategic framework and process.Demonstrates consistent track record of leadership, teamwork, and delivering high impact results.Synthesizes data to enable fact-based decision making to inform strategic and operational recommendations that translate into action.Works in highly team-oriented capacity partnering closely with business unit and functional teammates.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and partner teams across many levels of management.The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.Preferred QualificationsCreative problem solver with the ability to challenge the status quo, and think outside of the box.Understanding and experience with Mac and/or iPhone.Experience in content management and digital asset management platforms.Experience in executive briefing operations.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
