Position Summary:
The Creative Manager will lead creative services team members to visually represent the global brand across external communication channels, ensuring the look, tone, and essence of marketing and sales materials align to meet the business objectives of the organization. The Creative Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of high-level creative concepts; managing relationships with internal clients and external agencies to better understand needs and challenges; and providing visual and messaging direction and support to marketing channels within the organization. They will also be responsible for the daily management and professional development of their direct reports.

Position Summary:
The Creative Manager will lead creative services team members to visually represent the global brand across external communication channels, ensuring the look, tone, and essence of marketing and sales materials align to meet the business objectives of the organization. The Creative Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of high-level creative concepts; managing relationships with internal clients and external agencies to better understand needs and challenges; and providing visual and messaging direction and support to marketing channels within the organization. They will also be responsible for the daily management and professional development of their direct reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devise new and evolving global creative campaigns, core messaging, and visual concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization
- Direct and motivate a team of designers and copywriters on creative projects from concept to completion
- Establish creative direction for all projects and ensure consistent implementation across channels
- Supervise creative team members, review and provide daily feedback to develop the creative work, and provide forward-looking direction to support team members' professional development
- Make judgement calls using analytical, innovative and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment to ensure creative is delivered to specifications, on time and on budget
- Ensure consistent brand look and tone across all creative materials and channels
- Drive brand evolution through ongoing development and implementation of brand guidelines
- Manage internal client relationships to better understand needs and challenges
- Collaborate with external agency teams to ensure creative work aligns with business objectives, as well as brand look, tone and other mandatories
- Present high-level creative projects to Brand, Marketing, and Creative leadership teams
- Manage and oversee the professional development of creative team members
- Ensure direct reports are complying with team and company policies
- Monitor and approve digital, print, and other related marketing materials and campaigns

- Excellent design, copywriting, editing, proofreading, and project coordination skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail; clear and concise communication, commitment to producing quality product; deadline conscious.
- Copywriting, print, non-traditional and online media experience.
- Software experience in Mac and Windows applications including Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office.
- Profecient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- At least 2 years management experience with large-scale print, online, guerrilla, e-marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamental, creative writing, typography and limitations of the web; Must have ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop graphic solutions.
- At least 2 years of successful experience leading and managing a team of creatives
- A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative process.
- Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
