ole and What You'll Do:
As a Sr. Designer, you have a keen understanding of the specific design demands within experiential marketing. You thrive on the idea of what a brand experience could look and feel like. You understand how to tell a story through design while keeping in mind consumer insights and behaviors to craft a journey from start to finish. You will create the innovative and memorable cross-channel work that continues to make our agency, and the brands we work for, stand out and be talked about in the industry and around the proverbial water cooler.
This position requires a passionate and talented pixel-perfect Designer who is a photoshop master in creating environmental spaces. Immersive experiences excite you. You obsess over kerning, are fascinated by color theory, likely have a favorite font, and geek out over composition. You are also a design athlete, and create campaigns across a variety of platforms including environmental, digital, physical and 2D graphic design (motion design is a plus)

You can also direct Designers and Jr. Designers to deliver quality work in a time-crunch. You have a knack for storytelling and presenting ideas in a way that makes people fall in love. Additionally, you're collaborative, organized, and accountable, giving proper attention to the detail of your craft as well as bringing your teammates along in the process. Most of all, we're looking for a genuinely good human being who we love working with.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMaintain existing designs with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines but also remain extremely detail-orientedDemonstrates exceptional knowledge and application of all Experience Design pillars including and not limited to: Environmental, Architecture, Interior, Retail, Graphic, Digital Design ,etc.Ensure consistency and efficacy of design throughout all creativePlay a hands-on role in the design, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and other departments (Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, Account management, etc.)Collaborate closely with Design and Creative team by reviewing work to ensure expectations are being met and adherence to brand guidelinesExpert level of understanding of fundamental disciplines and design principles such as color, composition, typography, and attention to detailStays ahead of industry and visual design trends (and industry competitors, sharing with peers and the broader community and leveraging them within the design lifecycleKnowledge on entertainment and pop cultureReceptive to creative feedback and adaptability in creative/design development processExcellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal) and creative problem-solving skillsWork on and lead multiple design-focused projects with constantly changing deadlines and often at a high rate of speedMonitor high standards and work collaboratively on new methods and procedures as neededProvide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality workAdaptable and ability to learn quicklyPresents work internally and externally to clients while developing a trusting relationshipYou Have These:
