ole and What You'll Do:
As a Sr. Designer, you have a keen understanding of the specific design demands within experiential marketing. You thrive on the idea of what a brand experience could look and feel like. You understand how to tell a story through design while keeping in mind consumer insights and behaviors to craft a journey from start to finish. You will create the innovative and memorable cross-channel work that continues to make our agency, and the brands we work for, stand out and be talked about in the industry and around the proverbial water cooler.
This position requires a passionate and talented pixel-perfect Designer who is a photoshop master in creating environmental spaces. Immersive experiences excite you. You obsess over kerning, are fascinated by color theory, likely have a favorite font, and geek out over composition. You are also a design athlete, and create campaigns across a variety of platforms including environmental, digital, physical and 2D graphic design (motion design is a plus)

You can also direct Designers and Jr. Designers to deliver quality work in a time-crunch. You have a knack for storytelling and presenting ideas in a way that makes people fall in love. Additionally, you're collaborative, organized, and accountable, giving proper attention to the detail of your craft as well as bringing your teammates along in the process. Most of all, we're looking for a genuinely good human being who we love working with. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Maintain existing designs with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines but also remain extremely detail-oriented Demonstrates exceptional knowledge and application of all Experience Design pillars including and not limited to: Environmental, Architecture, Interior, Retail, Graphic, Digital Design ,etc. Ensure consistency and efficacy of design throughout all creative Play a hands-on role in the design, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and other departments (Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, Account management, etc.) Collaborate closely with Design and Creative team by reviewing work to ensure expectations are being met and adherence to brand guidelines Expert level of understanding of fundamental disciplines and design principles such as color, composition, typography, and attention to detail Stays ahead of industry and visual design trends (and industry competitors, sharing with peers and the broader community and leveraging them within the design lifecycle Knowledge on entertainment and pop culture Receptive to creative feedback and adaptability in creative/design development process Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal) and creative problem-solving skills Work on and lead multiple design-focused projects with constantly changing deadlines and often at a high rate of speed Monitor high standards and work collaboratively on new methods and procedures as needed Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality work Adaptable and ability to learn quickly Presents work internally and externally to clients while developing a trusting relationship You Have These:
5+ years of Design experience within an experiential marketing agency, design firm, ad agency or similar setting Degree in Environmental, Interior, Graphic design, marketing/communication design or similar field Experience in alcoholic beverages is a plus Digital portfolio of drool-worthy creative demonstrating your passion for design and experiential Expert level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), google slides, and other relevant software. Excellent time management and natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills Knowledge of motion and CGI a plus Self-driven, a hustler at heart, and goal-oriented Superior sense of type, layout and image composition, sketching, material application, spatial diagrams Strong skillset in building mood boards and user journeys Expert knowledge of design trends and best practices Multi-disciplinary craft and cross-platform abilities including, photography, film, animation and mixed media communication are a plus High level of time and project management skills Compassion, empathy and investment in your team, the organization and the work Ability to integrate feedback with a keen eye for detail Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally A desire to understand the advertising industry at large; an ability and a desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technology Strong work ethic, adaptable to ever-changing hours and demands, with ability to re-focus and develop options for quick changes in projects
