In this crucial role, you will design and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that reflects our mission and boosts our global presence. You will oversee brand management, spearhead digital marketing efforts, and develop engaging content that fosters donor and community involvement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO and other internal teams to ensure our message resonates with a worldwide audience. You will inspire and lead a creative team in an environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred), with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within marketing or communications, preferably in the nonprofit arena. A strong record of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives is essential. Proficiency in digital marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in data analysis tools are required.
