Amazon Web Services’ Training & Certification (T&C) Partner Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to build out global programs and campaigns to drive AWS Partner engagement with AWS T&C products. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in creating globally scalable marketing campaigns and programs with the Global Partner Training team and Global T&C Marketing. Collaboration will extend across a variety of global teams encompassing the entire AWS ecosystem. The focal point of this role lies in working with key stakeholders to develop initiatives that drive AWS Partner awareness, create engagement, and result in consumption of AWS Partner T&C products.

Our ideal candidate has creative ideas combined with analytic and data-driven B2B experience, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically to generate innovative ideas for growth and execute best-in-class programs. The ability to effectively program manage projects and collaborate across a variety of internal teams and multiple stakeholders is critical. They are detail-oriented, organized, comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of rapidly changing priorities, and have strong relationship-building skills.

Key job responsibilities

-Create and build new programs and solutions that drive AWS Partner awareness, engagement, and T&C consumption

-Track and manage KPIs that show the success or needed improvement of key programs

-Conceptualize and define program measurement (including program and course enrollment, site measurements, and communication outcomes)

Identify and take advantage of opportunities for program and solution evolution

-Knowledge of key marketing functions (email, newsletters, social, blogs, website)

-Manage global stakeholders – closely collaborate with stakeholders from all parts of the AWS ecosystem

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders – digital marketing, partner training, global campaigns, and field marketing teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
