The Partnership Marketing Manager will support partner marketing initiatives, own overall portfolio marketing calendar, identify new opportunities, and coordinate new product and partner launches. This critical role will ensure our continued successful results for the partnership channel as well as strong and balanced relationships with our partners.The Partnership Marketing Manager will develop B2B2C annual marketing plans using a multi-channel approach, support strategic initiatives and drive growth through innovative campaigns.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Develop thoughtful and strategic marketing plans that go beyond the day to day - using creative marketing tactics, segmentation, and tailored messaging.Deliverables will cover a multitude of marketing channels, including events, webinars, digital and print.Ownership of portfolio of healthcare employer partner relationships; including routing contracts, partner reporting, compliance approvals, partner event planning and partner program marketing.Manage client relationships by developing a deep understanding of partner audience - financial needs and pain points, what drives/motivates them and how Laurel Road can support them on their financial journey.Ability to pivot marketing strategy based on internal business changes and be nimble with marketing efforts.Proactively look for growth opportunities to expand product suite with existing partners - execute end to end new product launches through partner marketing channels.Collaborate with Business Development team to onboard new partners and ensure a seamless launch plan.Measure, analyze and communicate partner marketing performance against target plan, and calibrate plans accordingly.Ongoing review of competitor activity and best practices, with the ability to bring key learnings into practice.Support execution for B2B lead generation initiatives including:
Conferences, events, and tradeshowsThought leadership and social selling via social and PR
Serve as a cross functional partner through collaboration with key stakeholders including Creative, Business Development, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications:College degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in marketing or account managementDegree in marketing, communications, or related field preferredExperience:General knowledge of the employee benefits, and healthcare industryResults-oriented and committedFlexibility and "can-do" attitude for both strategic and routine tasksCommunication and influence - must be energetic and passionateBuild strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs while serving as a subject matter expert to proactively identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved.Develop in-depth knowledge of our internal tools such as Fullstory, Salesforce, Monday and JIRA.Enthusiasm for planning and execution, a creative thinker that wants to follow through on seeing ideas come to life.Ability to build trust and credibility, across all levels of the organization and with partners.Analytical thinker, focused on optimizing customer experience and success.Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. The person selected for this position will typically work 3 days a week at the office location.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $77,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
