ABOUT THE JOBAs a member of the Enterprise Marketing and Brand Engagement Team, the Lead Marketing Consultant will report to a Marketing Manager and will function as a strategic execution partner to the broader brand team and LOBs partners. This role will lead a team and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders across LOBs to execute the enterprise content strategy including channel implementation on key.com and across multiple social media platforms. The position will be responsible for understanding industry trends, enhancing processes, and assist in executing programs that drive value and impactful results for Key.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSDevelop objectives, detailed plans, and measurement for Key's content strategy that includes content development and social media marketing programs that achieve brand awareness or consideration with our target audience.Lead a team and external partners in the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns and special projects.Represent the brand team with LOB partners and collaborate across multiple teams to design and execute campaigns.Demonstrate creativity and innovation in identifying opportunities to improve processes for content development, social programs, and enterprise marketing programs.Collaborate with teammates and analytics partners in the ongoing analysis and evaluation of brand marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness, drive continuous improvement and increase value for Key.Manage vendors and agency partners to effectively to drive quality work that meet Key's brand standards and compliance requirements.Works closely with internal stakeholders, LOB marketing managers, and external agencies to develop project objectives and creative briefs. Must have strong understanding of target audience.Leverage Brand Engagement Team members and LOB partners to find points of collaboration between consumer brand campaign, sponsorship, B2B, and enterprise marketing teams.Manages marketing budget and expenses accordingly.Identifies project problems/risks, proposes solutions, and escalates to leadership for timely resolution, if necessary.Effectively works across internal and external teams to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders.Demonstrates consistent year-over-year improvements in program performanceIs able to influence business partners and stakeholders in the effective use of marketing programs and channels to optimize returns.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent5-7 years experienceDemonstrated knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing including translating industry trends to serve our target audienceDemonstrated ability to effectively organize, plan and execute multi-functional projectsDemonstrated analytical, process management, and conceptual skillsDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to constructively challenge when neededDemonstrated professional savvy; ability to effectively influence leaders and peersDemonstrated leadership, relationship-building skills levelsCOMPETENCIES/SKILLSBusiness Acumen:
