do?As a Director of Publisher Development at Travelport, you'll leverage your industry contacts and identify new prospects to establish, lead, and deliver on a significant number of revenue-generating partnerships with publishers. This position reports to the Global head of Advertising.Key expectations are that you will be driving collaboration across a matrixed organization, pulling together teams to cultivate customer relationships and execute on acquiring new publishing partners. You will be hands-on and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment that is reinventing how buyers and sellers connect while upgrading and simplifying the technology of modern retailing. You will excel in long, complex sales cycles and consultative selling.Responsibilities Include:Identify premium publishers and their needs, then present the Travelport Ad Network story in a compelling wayDevelop a clear plan of Go2Market to grow the publisher partner networkActively collaborate with our Travel Agency partner team to identify possible publishing partners, working hand-in-hand during the processIdentify decision makers and find creative ways to engage with themManaging the pipeline to ensure that you're achieving sales and revenue targets and growing the businessMaintain accurate records in CRMNegotiate and close high-value deals with (Comscore) top publishers, focused on but not limited to the Travel vertical, working closely with finance and legal teamsSupport cross-functional teams with customer insights, trends and case studies of successWork closely with our Advertising Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition to post-salesCollaboration with Commercial / Sales teams post-sales, supporting where needed on the Ad Network pitch and our messaging regarding new publishers on boardWork closely with Product to communicate enhancement requests and understand timeline of development effortsWork directly with global leadership to ensure accurate forecasting, as well as expectations for the publishers

Who we are looking for in this role:At least 5 years consistent track record in Digital Publisher Partnership or programmatic networks & Business DevelopmentPossess knowledge of the digital media space and an entrepreneurial mindsetCustomer-focused attitude with relationship management skillsCreative problem-solving capabilitiesEffective presentation and communications skillsAbility to work independentlyThe mindset of a Hunter; you drive change and you're self-motivatedStrong negotiatorYou understand key trends in digital advertisingYou have experience working at an ad network, a DSP/SSP or in-house at a large publisherYou are an expert in SalesForce CRMYou are able to operate in a global organization, being sensitive to different cultures
