Who We Need:

The ARC Mercer is seeking a skilled and experienced Audio/Visual Program Manager to join out dynamic team. As an Audio/Visual Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and management of audio/visual projects across various platforms and mediums. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality audio/visual content that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

• Leadership: Lead the planning, development and execution of audio/visual projects from concept to completion.
• Innovation Management: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices related to audio/visual production. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Budget and Oversight: Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans. Manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and provide staff development to ensure that Program Staff are able to provide dynamic and engaging activities in the area of Audio/Visual.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, Communication or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in audio/visual program management or related roles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of audio/visual production processes, techniques and equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
