What Our Client Needs:

Our client is looking for a Rapid Content Developer. In this role, you will create and oversee the production of high-quality audio-visual assets and educational content that drive member engagement and enhance the learning experience. You will use tools such as Vyond, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-generated audio/video software while managing multiple projects and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts across the organization. Your work will shape the future of learning, ensuring all content is clear, comprehensive, and accessible.

You are a creative and innovative thinker with expertise in instructional design, multimedia production, and content management. You excel at producing engaging educational content and have advanced skills in tools like Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-driven software. You are an exceptional collaborator, working seamlessly with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with branding and educational guidelines.

With a strong background in content optimization and experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, you create user-focused content that is clear, impactful, and optimized for delivery across various devices and platforms. You thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail while driving innovation and continuous improvement.


What Youll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, and oversee the production of high-quality audio-visual assets, including videos, online educational course content, animations, and graphics.
  • Write, edit, and update content for the companys help center to ensure clarity, conciseness, and alignment with the companys brand voice and style.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Manager for HTML content creation and management.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and accessibility of help content.
  • Lead and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance with standards and educational guidelines.
  • Optimize content for delivery across platforms and devices, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance the user experience.
  • Manage and guide the work of contractor resources as needed, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Edit and enhance existing content to improve clarity, visual appeal, and educational impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in educational design and multimedia production.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.


This position requires travel as necessary (20%) and will supervise contractor resources on an as-needed basis, providing guidance and support.


What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Web Design, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in training content development with a focus on rapid content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop), and other relevant software.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar Content Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-generated audio and video tools (a plus).
  • A portfolio highlighting previous multimedia projects.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience developing educational content for learners with varying levels of expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical terms for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Stream).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and integrating AI capabilities into content development processes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a highly collaborative, matrix-oriented environment.
