The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project-based HAP Contracts with HUD and experience transmitting vouchers through TRACS. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with EIV.This position for a community manager is in Philadelphia that will be split between 3 properties, A & Indiana, Impact Veterans and Liberty 52.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the propertyEnsure compliance with all HUD regulations and guidelinesMaintain accurate records and files related to Section 8 housingProcess and transmit vouchers through TRACSConduct annual and interim recertifications for residentsMaintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendorsPrepare and submit required reports to HUDEnsure that the property is maintained in a safe and clean mannerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager with Section 8 experienceStrong understanding of project-based HAP Contracts with HUDExperience transmitting vouchers through TRACSKnowledge of EIVExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwareWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
