Management opening for an experienced multifamily professional
Community Manager
Beaumont. Texas
Experienced property manager needed to oversee the comprehensive management of this apartment community, encompassing leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance. Will effectively lead, manage, and coordinate personnel, activities, and other resources to optimize occupancy levels, enhance community values, and ensure the successful operation of the property. Set and achieving goals and support the successful performance of the property and their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Initiate and manage all core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development. Strive to increase revenues and decrease expenses. Supervise and assist team members complete all duties and responsibilities appropriately, safely and on schedule.
Problem Solving
Identify existing and potential problems and develop and implement solutions for the successful accomplishment of property objectives.
Leadership
Empower others to perform and provide necessary support, set, and measure challenging standards of performance and facilitate the movement toward a common vision.
Coaching
Focus on actively training and coaching team members for high performance in current roles and proactively develop them for successful performance and promotion.
Communication
Communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings. Written and verbal communication should reflect appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and word usage. Consistently and effectively communicate with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams regarding property performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills
Knowledge of fair housing laws and other applicable regulations
Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
Valid Drivers’ License
