Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Content Strategy Consultant to join our growing Content Strategy and Operations Division. As a consultant, you will work as part of a dynamic and fast-paced technical delivery project team to implement content management solutions for a range of commercial and federal clients. We are seeking a well-organized individual who is simultaneously creative and analytical to facilitate dialogue, analyze requirements, and implement enterprise content solutions. EK will support remote work if you reside in the following states: GA, IN, FL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, IL, AZ, OR, WA, CO or TX.Responsibilities:Design and implement content models for reuse, personalization, and experimentation at the intersection of semantic modeling and content modelingModel complex relationships across content types, optimizing for developer and author experience with reusable content componentsFacilitate engaging focus groups, interviews, and user research sessions to understand complex business and technical requirements which impact content models and systemsRight fit content management solutions for organizational maturity and help clients envision the art of the possibleLead structured content transformations of large content repositoriesPartner with client project leads, stakeholders, and SMEs to monitor content effectiveness, as well as continuous content operations improvement opportunities and lessons learnedAssist Project Manager in meeting deadlines, maintaining schedules, identifying and communicating risks early in the project, and helping to ensure the project optimizes business outcomes while staying within scopeRequired Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of consulting experience in content strategy, operations, and engineeringAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into content operations improvementsAbility to develop and implement actionable implementation roadmaps for the transformation of content and content operationsExperience interfacing with executives and presenting to senior-level staffExceptional content modeling and content engineering skills and experiencePreferred Skills and Qualifications:Experience leveraging enterprise web platforms including headless CMSs, DAMs, PIMS, Digital Experience Platforms, marketing automation platforms, and contextualization tools to optimize digital experiences across multiple channels.Understanding of XML, DITA, and/or other structured content schemasExperience using visual diagramming tools such as LucidchartBachelor's Degree in Information Science, Library Science, Information Systems, or related fieldEK considers a broad range of factors in considering employee salary including a candidate's skills, experience, education, certifications, past successes, and qualifications. A range for a starting pay for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 with most candidates likely to fall in the lower half. This range does not guarantee a specific salary and may be adjusted based on the needs of the company and the candidate's qualifications.We are an equal opportunity employer.
