Robert Half's Fortune 500 Retail client is looking for a Web Content Specialist (AEM) for a long-term CONTRACT opportunity! This position has the potential to convert to full-time. ONSITE 4 days/week in the Morris County NJ area.

Seeking a detail-oriented, proactive candidate to manage content updates and product setups in Adobe Experience Manager across multiple brand websites. Responsibilities include website maintenance, daily QA, banner updates, asset management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, software engineers). Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

• Oversee product setup, content updates, and asset refreshes across multiple brand websites, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Use Adobe Experience Platform, DAM, A/B testing, and Shopify to optimize content, following UX and SEO best practices.
• Act as the project lead, managing progress, addressing challenges, and communicating updates, with a focus on quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Maintain a content library, manage SAAS platform updates, and coordinate with IT and global teams to address CMS and publishing issues.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs and oversee implementation.
• Demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on excellent customer experience.
