***This position is Remote***Job SummaryThis position is an exciting opportunity to build a content marketing function at the leader in dental software. The role will be responsible for developing thought leadership initiatives, driving a content calendar full of education and high value for customers and building a network of content contributors from inside and outside the company. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, software and dental, and has built an inspiring and engaging content function at a high performing organization.What you will doLead content strategy for the organization, driving education and thought leadership about dental software, and key areas of innovation, including AI, patient experience, analytics.Collaborate with HS sales, marketing, and product teams to understand business objectives and develop an annual content calendar to support these objectives and drive sales.Support Demand Generation campaigns with compelling, educational content that helps drive sales of featured solutions.Manage development of webinars, case studies, eBooks, video, and other content.Provide thought leadership and internal consulting on content driven customer acquisition and sales.Support the creation of novel marketing funnels and campaigns to create scalable, positive ROI ways to drive sales.Ensure content is SEO optimized. Act as an internal consultant to help teams keep SEO as a top priority when developing online customer experiences.Ensure content is properly tracked so that we know where to invest time and resources.Establish a network of internal and external colleagues and speakers to help develop and drive content creation and curation.Leverage external sources of content, including Henry Schein businesses, influencers, suppliers, trade journals, and more, to educate customers about Henry Schein One solutions.Optimize content across traditional and digital channels and ensure brand consistency.Collaborate with social media, corporate communications, and sales and marketing TSMs to develop customer listening mechanisms to identify content needs.Develop network of internal and external thought leaders, including customers, to create effective content.Create processes for effective editing and proofreading across the marketing team.QualificationsMust have:Typically, 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.Typically, a bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline.Deep, current knowledge of content marketing and the online content landscapeAbility to manage agencies and production processesAn eye for creating compelling customer experiences through contentKnowledge of current best practices in online content-driven customer acquisition including marketing funnel construction, retargeting, influencer marketing and the use of videoContent SEO optimizationOutstanding editorial skillsAbility to write relevant, concise, and targeted contentKnowledge of social media / digital marketing best practicesKnowledge of analytics to assess content performanceOutstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectivelyHigh level presentation and public speaking skillsOutstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skillsUnderstand, interpret, and act on financial information that contributes to business profitabilityAbility to plan and manage complex and successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget, and assign areas of responsibilityOutstanding planning and organizational skills and techniquesCommunicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholdersStrong negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationshipsAbility to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politicsBroad and wide range of professional and managerial skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and proceduresOutstanding in multiple technical and business skillsNice to have:The posted range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
