Job Summary This position is responsible for managing and growing search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising accounts for Henry Schein One.
What you will do Assume ownership and accountability of search program successes and failures for assigned client accounts. Monitor and report program financials, budgets, and fees to practices. Direct and manage the daily workflow of client search programs, including search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising. Perform data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client SEO and SEM programs. Research and stay abreast of current industry best practices and trends, develop and maintain digital search best practices, and promote digital search optimization techniques. Create and maintain positive client relationships and communicate program results. Interface with other departments leads to sharing ideas, communicating service offerings, and identifying and delivering optimal search results for clients. Qualifications

Typically 4 or more years of related experience. 1 to 2 years of account management experience in online advertising or direct marketing. Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Proficiency in SEO and PPC strategy and execution and account management and can collaborate with all members of the search marketing department to deliver and grow a successful program. Understanding of SEO basics: This includes on-page optimization (keyword research, title tags, meta descriptions, content optimization), off-page optimization (link building, social media marketing), and technical SEO (site structure, page speed, mobile-friendliness). Understanding of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising strategies and best practices. HTML & CSS basics: A foundational understanding of the basics of HTML and CSS to be able to help identify and fix technical issues on a website. Website analytics: Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement. Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to be assertive, diplomatic, and tactful with a diverse population group. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, systematic, and organized. Strong ability to multi-task and still meet deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint applications. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Very good attention to detail and accuracy Customer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issues Ability to plan and arrange activities Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to manage conflict Capacity to work effectively under pressure Analytical thinking Oversee small to medium sized projects Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. The posted range for this position is
$22-24/hr which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.
