Job Description:

We’re seeking a charismatic, motivated, and strategic Co-Host & Content Growth Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office, making it ideal for someone who values work-life balance but also thrives in an interactive environment. As our go-to person for podcast growth, outreach, and guest coordination, you’ll play a key role in shaping our content, engaging our audience, and expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Podcast Hosting & Co-Hosting
  • Serve as the co-host for podcast episodes, bringing warmth, energy, and engagement to each recording.
  • Plan and participate in discussions that captivate our audience and ensure the show is lively, relevant, and insightful.
  • Collaborate on episode structure and prepare topics that are aligned with our brand's goals and values.
  1. Guest Outreach & Screening
  • Identify and reach out to potential guests who align with our mission and audience interests.
  • Screen and onboard guests, conducting introductory calls and preparing them for the episode format and key topics.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for guests, managing scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.


  1. Content Growth & Strategy
  • Design and implement creative strategies to grow our podcast’s reach and audience.
  • Develop promotional ideas, partnerships, and content strategies that can be executed both in-office and remotely.
  • Analyze and interpret audience data to refine strategies, adjusting content and approach as needed to maximize growth.
  1. Hybrid Collaboration & Audience Engagement
  • Work closely with the team both in-office and remotely, sharing insights, updates, and ideas for improving content.
  • Engage with listeners across various platforms, responding to feedback and incorporating it into future content planning.
  • Build a community around our podcast, connecting with audiences in a personable and professional way.

Qualifications:

  • Content Creation, Marketing, or Communication Experience (1-2 years preferred, but not required)
  • Podcast Knowledge: Familiar with podcast platforms, guest booking processes, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Social Media & Tech Skills: Comfortable with online outreach and hybrid collaboration tools, including podcast recording and editing software.
  • Adaptable: Willing to work both in-office and remotely, adjusting as needed for guest recording sessions or team meetings.
