Senior Associate, Web Content Specialist This position must be based in one of the following alternate locations: New York, NY (New York); White Plains, NY (New York)New York Life’s primary distribution channel is the career Agency sales force of more than 12,000 agents, operating in virtually every major city in the United States. Every agent is affiliated with one of our General Offices. These offices are operated by Agency management teams responsible for agent and management recruiting, development, and sales. Approximately half our agents operate their businesses out of our General Offices, while the other half maintains independent office locations.Role Overview:Our General Offices are divided up among four Zones. In addition to our Zone offices, an Agency Home Office team responsible for strategy, finance, administration, standards, training, marketing and communications supports our agents and field managers. The Agency operation also comprises teams charged with growing our business in key market segments, including the middle-income market, the advanced (high-net-worth) market, and select cultural markets. Agents sell individual life insurance, individual annuities, and long-term care insurance products, as well as mutual funds.What You'll Do:Responsible for developing and publishing diverse digital content, such as articles and videos, in the Salesforce system.Maintain data quality through data governance, taxonomy, data cleaning, and ongoing data maintenance tasks.Aggregate web analytics, including periodic and ad hoc reporting, and provide solutions to improve future content and strategies.Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and present business solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to support technical solutions to meet business needs.Train users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.Support integrations, UTA testing, and system releases.Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements.Collaborate with cross-functional team to create user stories for fixes and enhancements.Exposure to Agile project method for system releases.What You'll Bring:Bachelor’s Degree.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.Proven experience using platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workflow management software (Aprimo), video streaming platforms (Kaltura), Agile project method, content publishing, understanding metadata, data governance, analytics, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), MS Office.Ability to create and run long-term projects independently, utilizing resources across multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to suggest online solutions to NYL departments to help achieve their digital goals.Must be a creative and effective problem-solver, aligning solutions with brand, compliance, and web standards.Must have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Pay TransparencySalary Range: $80,000-$125,000Discretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
