We are looking to bring on board a Senior Design System Designer who is a skilled professional with expertise in design systems and user interface/user experience (UI/UX). This position is full-time and will be hybrid (three days a week) in our client’s Los Angeles, CA office.

Your Expertise:
- Strong background in UX/UI design, with specialized experience in creating and managing design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining complex libraries, tokens, and design components.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility guidelines and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure designs are functional and inclusive.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product designers and front-end developers to design adaptable and scalable components and UI patterns.
- Establish and enforce design system standards and usage guidelines to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all digital products.
- Lead regular evaluations of the design system, incorporating feedback and evolving it based on current design trends while mentoring teams on best practices for implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI, Product Designer, or Design Systems Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work and expertise in design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, symbols, and documentation.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Must be willing to work a hybrid work arrangement (three days a week) in our client’s Los Angeles, CA office.
