In return we will help all our team members to grow and develop their own skillsets working on challenging projects.You will have the opportunity to:Manage and maintain design strategy and explore solution from concept to completionTranslate complex design problem, user pain points and research finding into practical and impactful design solution especially in financial domainQuickly convert concepts and ideas to working POCs using design thinking processProactively engage with multiple project stakeholders and work closely with product and business teams in developing solutionsQuickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to the customerRapidly test and create iterative designs that meet project objectives and fits within the FIS Brand guidelinesWearing a customer hat during developing solutionsBe responsible for the delivery of usable and high-quality designsParticipate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirementsDesign Quality reviewsContribute to the CoE charter including collaboration, workshops and publishingWhat you will need:We need organized, highly technically skilled, motivated self-starters, with deep experience of the modern stack anda track record of delivery.Core skills are:8+ years of experience in UI & UX Design with a proven track record of successAbility to clearly articulate a problem space and design a solution that meet the user needs and business goalsAbility to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high quality professional designsAbility to think holistically about the UI and scale in the futureSelf-starter and ability to work without much supervisionAbility to accurately set, manage and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of the following: Modern UI patterns and trendsDesign principals with using internal design systemUX Principals/Design Thinking ProcessKnowledge of browser-based application behavior and cross browser compatibleExpert in using design software such as Figma, Adobe XD or similarAdded bonus if you have:Previous experience working with products organizations.Familiar with responsive design, A11Y principals and usability testingExperience working with remote teamsGood eye for detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customer and all levels of management in an organized & professional mannerWhat we offer you:At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.Extensive Health Benefits Program along with the Family Protection PlanBest-in-class career mobility options across the globeAward-winning learning offerings for career developmentAdaptable home - office work modelOpportunity to work with global teams and clientsFIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
