User-Centred Design methodologies are second nature to you.Responsibilities:Transform complex problems into elegant experiencesIdeation, concept development and experience innovationCreation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios and storyboardsClose collaboration with development teams to ensure that design intent is achievedAdvocate for the user throughout the project lifecycleStay abreast of current design methodologies, practices and trendsParticipation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer researchEffective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationalesSkills and Experience Required:A degree in design or a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centred design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.)Several years of experience as a user interface designer10+ years of experience designing mobile and responsive experiencesAbility to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiencesStrong prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypesProficiency with design tools such as Axure and Adobe’s Creative SuiteStrong understanding of web and mobile technologiesMeticulous attention to detailExceptional organization, logic, and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to ask good questions and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedbackA conceptual thinker with proven problem-solving skillsAbility to see the “big picture” and hone in on the detailsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well in a team environmentStrong portfolio that showcases your understanding of user-centred design#J-18808-Ljbffr
