ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER (2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE)· Full Time· Seattle, WA· Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 (DOE)RICHARTZ STUDIOS / PIERCE DESIGNRichartz Studios and Pierce Design are a design-minded architectural design collaborative located near Fisherman’s Terminal in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. We work on a mix of single-family, commercial, hospitality, adaptive reuse and landscape projects throughout the northwest, ranging from Seattle to the San Juan Islands, the mountains of the Methow Valley to Mt. Hood Oregon and all places in-between and beyond.We are looking to add a designer who will be involved in all aspects of our work, participating in initial schematic design and model making through permitting and construction documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of experience, however we are flexible on experience level and are interested in hiring a motivated individual with a desire to grow.
