UX Designer• Summary Of PositionWe are looking for a driven User-Exerperience professional with enterprise product experience to enhance our security offerings. Our UX Designer role will create and manage the UX/UI roadmap for our portfolio of products to improve usability for our install base. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with cross-functional teams, partners and customers to solicit UX feedback, prioritize updates, create required designs, and drive execution of improvements.• Responsibilities:o Design and improve the overall user experience for enterprise digital products, ensuring accessibility, usability, and satisfaction.o Schedule and conduct UX research with internal and external to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.o Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.o Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business goals and user needs.o Present and defend design decisions based on user research, design principles, and industry best practices.o Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research, tools, and technologies.o Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency.o Ensure compliance with applicable accessibility standards and practices.o• Skills and Qualifications:o Bachelors Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.o 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.o Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.o Experience with user testing, research, and analysis methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.o Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, etc.o Knowledge of inclusive design practices.o Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.o bility to work effectively in a remote team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.o Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS Frameworks (e.g. React/Angular) and other web technologies is a plus.
