Join our dynamic team as a Print Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our activewear brands. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the intersection of sports, fashion, and lifestyle. As a key player in our design team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft innovative print repeats and graphics that captivate our audience in the Men’s, Women’s and Kids’ markets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth trend research and stay ahead of the curve in active print repeats and graphics
- Develop innovative print designs and graphics that work seamlessly as standalone pieces or as part of a cohesive collection
- Collaborate with apparel designers and cross-functional partners to bring your designs to life
- Categorize and organize design assets, staying informed about the latest techniques and their applications
- Manage project workflows, ensuring efficient execution and seamless brand integration
- Leverage our proprietary PLM system to prepare tech packs for sampling, development, and production
- Maintain and replenish our graphic libraries and team assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the apparel industry
- Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Exceptional creative vision with a deep understanding of seasonal trends
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and industry trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of print production techniques, from screen printing to sublimation
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Annual salary range starting $80,000
