Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects of varying scales in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze various data sources (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
- Evaluate potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Provide creative solutions to emerging problems and deficiencies.
- Oversee the handover of completed structures and services.
- Monitor project progress and compile status reports.
- Manage budgets and procure equipment and materials.
Qualifications:
- PE or Engineer in Training license required.
- Proficient in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
- Excellent project management and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- BS/MA in Civil Engineering.
