User Experience Designer Job at Insight Global in New York

12+ month contract / onsite in NYC 1x a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and refining user experiences across platforms, focusing on intuitive data visualizations and workflows
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to align on goals and support the user experience
• Transform complex financial information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and work with developers to bring designs to life
• Apply data insights and research to inform design decisions that improve user satisfaction
• Contribute to the maintenance of our design system and consistent design standards

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related field
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Axure, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of design systems and interest in maintaining cohesive standards
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to share ideas and learn from the team
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design case studies
