We’re looking for a creative and skilled Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team and help communicate our vision through impactful, engaging visuals across our suite of brands. Position Summary As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer at HealthBird, you’ll collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop user-centered designs that enhance our brand presence and connect with audiences across digital platforms. This role provides an opportunity to work under tight deadlines and contribute to a purpose-driven company making a difference in people’s lives. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visual assets for digital media, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, digital ads, and product visuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and maintain alignment with HealthBird’s brand identity. Assist in evolving and maintaining HealthBird’s visual guidelines to ensure cohesive branding across all channels. Support marketing campaigns with compelling graphics, infographics, and illustrations. Resize and adapt design assets for various platforms, optimizing them for web performance. Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and digital experiences. Manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time. Stay updated on design and healthcare industry trends to bring relevant, new ideas to the team. Make refinements to designs based on feedback, ensuring polished deliverables within project timelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and UX/UI design principles. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media graphics, infographics, and branded marketing assets. Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to create bilingual materials as needed. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail. Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of taking constructive feedback and iterating as needed.
