What we are looking for:Notified is adding an

Account Manager

to our Account Management team.

The Account Manager will be responsible for establishing an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and serve as a client advocate to ensure quality delivery of services and solutions to our Public Relations and Investor Relations Clients.

The Account Manager will connect with clients regularly to deepen client relationships and find opportunities to solve client challenges and/or support their growth. You will be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, solution oriented, and have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts.

Location : NYC Office 1350 Broadway, New York, NYThis role is Hybrid. This role offers in-person collaboration 3 days a week, and the flexibility to work from home on Monday and Fridays.

Salary :

In New York City, we offer a base pay of $75,000- $90,000 plus a lucrative commission plan that is commensurate with experience and location.

What you will do:Manage the overall relationship with the assigned accountsLead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to grow the Notified portfolio of products in assigned accounts.Locate the appropriate account buyer for renewal and upsell opportunities.Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts, increasing their affinity for Notified products, adding new contracts, and likelihood of renewalsAchieve assigned sales billing and bookings quotasMonitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems, coordinate with Notified Customer Engagement to remedy situationsDevelop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutionsResearch and actively identify emerging trends that influence Notified’s value propositionCommunicate value proposition to existing accountsIdentify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficienciesProactively manage pipeline, input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion

What you will bring

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required with major course work in business

administration, communications, marketing, or related field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements3-5 years of experience in a sales role or relevant account management rolePR/IR experience highly preferredRequired experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing dealsSuperior relationship management and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiencesWillingness to travel within assigned territory, on short notice, as needed
